English 9-2: Questions sc 3 and 4, Act 1 for Romeo and Juliet for Feb24th.


English 7-2 and 7-2. You should have 2 more  bloom templates done by Friday Feb 25, 3 by Monday. That will make 9 altogether! They are Plot, Setting and Symbolism. If you need to take it home do so. Whoever is not done will stay Monday afterschool.


French 7-1: Potluck on Tues March 1. It was Monday but there is no school on Monday!

7-2 The next 4 templates should be done for next Wednesday March 2. You can take blank templates home as needed. Your remaining 2 will be due March 9th. Your exercise assignment will be due March 11.

7-1 Your next 4 templates should be done for next Thursday March 3. The last two will be due the following Thursday March 10th. Your exercise assignment will be due March 11th.

Students will have ample classtime to work on these remaining activities but I expect some will need some home time if they fall behind. Please monitor your child's progress and call me if you need to. Ask them to bing them home and show you. If they do not have 10 templates done for next Friday they may need to work on some that weekend. Note: All of them have 6 templates or more completed to date.

French: French tests were passed back today. Some great results here. Home study for some really paid off!

English 9: Scene 1 and 2 questions will be due February 23. We will be reading the rest of Scene 1 and 2 tomorrow.

French Listening section of test will still be tomorrow. Potluck will be next MOnday Feb 21 with the 7-2. The 7-1 time will be determined tomorrow.

Englsih 7-1- I still have 2 or 3 students who are alomst or not quite finished their 6 templates. They can stay for lunch Fri or finish Mon lunch. The should know what they have to do.

Gr. 7-1, Gr 7-2. French test tomorrow. Students do not know the vocab like they should. Some of them have lost sheet after sheet after sheet. We had a study session today, the majority of students need more time.

French Gr. 7: French Test Thursday morning study verb endings and vocab!!!!! Study your in class assignments

English Grade 7-2. All students should have 6 Bloom templates sone by the end of the day tomorrow. If not students will be directed to stay behind to finish.

Englsih 7-1 You nedd to have Bloom templates done for Friday.


Grade 9 English: Get ready for Romeo

English 7-1: We still start on the bloomball asssignment Monday. Make sure you have 5 complete lit circle activities in your Underground to Canada exercise book.

English 7-2 you should have 5 panals done by Monday. (The 5th one stays in pencil until I check it over. If anyone is not caught up with their Underground to Canada exercises make sure you have everthing in your exercise caught up and we will get some extra time Monday to get at the templates!!!!! You need to catch up.

French 7-1,7-2. An in class assignment was completed in today's class. Students worked without assistance this time to gage their understandings. This is the same assignment they did in groups and  I corrected and went over with them last week. Some students need to spend time on the vocab at home. They have had it for weeks now and several students do not know them while several others are 98-100% there. Learn your er and ir verb endings!!!

French 7-1 and 7-2. You need a copy of your secret recipe for your restaurant group for Tues Feb 8th. We will put them into French then. We have onee more week to finish these posters.

French 7-1, 7-2 Test Tues Feb 10th...same as the assignments but it will no longer be open book!

Grade 9: Relax......we just finished our papers and testing. Enjoy we start Romeo and Juliet next week.
